How to clear your cache
If you are having trouble viewing the callup details, clearing your cache using the below mentioned steps might help.
Google Chrome
1. Open Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
(Or click on the 3 dots, select “Delete browsing data”)
2. In the "Delete browsing data" window, select "Cached images and files."
3. Choose the Time range (e.g., "All time" for a full reset).
4. Click "Delete data."

Mozilla Firefox
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
2. Check the box for "Cached web content."
3. Select the Time range (e.g., "Everything" to clear all cache).
4. Click "OK" or "Clear now."

Microsoft Edge
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
2. Select "Cached images and files."
3. Choose the Time range and click "Clear now."

Safari (Mac Only)
1. Open Safari and go to Safari > Settings (Preferences) > Privacy.
2. Click "Manage Website Data" , then "Remove All."
3. Alternatively, enable the Develop menu under Preferences > Advanced, then click Develop > Empty Caches.

Safari (iPhone)
1. Go to Settings → Safari
2. Tap Clear History and Website Data Select “All History”, Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data
3. Select “All History”, Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data

(For iPhone users it's mandatory to follow the steps below)
. Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, and tap "Remove All Website Data"

After clearing the cache, be sure to close and reopen your browser for the changes to take effect.
